Costume Graphics / Illustration / Concept Design

Originally educated in graphic design and visual communication, I worked as a creative director and producer in fashion, advertising and publishing before training at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School as a costume and performance designer. As a designer I’ve worked on projects spanning theatre, film, dance and interactive entertainment and am especially interested in multidisciplinary projects.

I currently work in high end TV and film as a costume design assistant specialising in costume graphics, digital artworking, illustration and concept design. I work with designers to communicate their vision via illustration, visual research and presentation design, as well as facilitating special process work such as laser cutting, screen printing, digiprint and costume props. I’m comfortable acting as a bridge between repro and the design room, helping to create bespoke artwork in collaboration with the design team.

  • JEZEBELS - Art Direction

Shot on 10x8 photographic paper, 'JEZEBELS' is inspired by the true stories of female convicts from the early 20th century. Captured through mug shots in the flamboyant pre-war fashions of the time, the women were imprisoned for a variety of colourful crimes - from the simple theft of a fur coat to the murder of a husband after living a life and marriage disguised as a man.
